This program is open to only undergraduate students in Hospitality and Tourism Management (HTM). Students should be in good standing with a minimum overall GPA of 3.

In line with the growing demand of the tourism sector throughout the world, the Tourism and Hospitality Management undergraduate program has been designed to bring up advanced, intermediate and entry level managerial candidates who possess intellectual and leadership skills.

Through multimedia lab integrated programs, in-class learning is supported by the integration of multi-media into the program. The worldwide used software FIDELIO aims to provide students with practical knowledge and an education which matches the needs of the scientific and technological era. Two demo kitchens are used to assist the students in gaining a thorough insight into the operation and management of a professional kitchen. Additionally, students are offered the opportunity of implementing theory into practice in Tower Restaurant by applying the service techniques they learned in their courses.

The campus also has a bookstore, a health center, a psychological guidance and research center, a post office, banks and ATMs, laundry services and internet cafes. Life at EMU is fun.
